Taylored UroGyn Care, LLC is an independent physician contractor firm offering a variety of patient centered, high quality, current UPRS, genital aesthetic and general urologic clinical services to medical clients in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient, inpatient, ER, hospital based OR, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). In addition Dr. Taylor offers expert consulting, cash pay Telehealth UTI treatment and prevention memberships, cash pay hormone replacement memberships, expert patient health advocacy, professional mentorship and partnerships with those advancing the cause of increasing female BIPOC representation in medicine and improving access to care to traditionally underserved ethnic and minority communities.
Dr. Taylor also provides a variety of first-class non clinical services and is eager to join forces with industry and non-profit organizations to promote women's pelvic health awareness through education to health providers, patients, and community groups.

Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery
Specializing in the treatment of female pelvic floor disorders, including but not limited to urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, female voiding dysfunction, female GU tract fistula, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, infectious and inflammatory conditions of the female GU tract including IC/BPS and lichen sclerosus, as well as a select few female congenital anomalies such as Gartner's duct cysts, vaginal, vulvar or labial cysts, and some cases of vaginal atresia associated with MRKH.
General Urology
Delivers a variety of general urologic care services including but not limited to gross hematuria evaluations, video-urodynamics, evaluation of male voiding dysfunction, genitourinary injury repair, evaluation and management of male and female urologic emergencies (septic stones, clot retention, radiation cystitis, priapism, penile fracture, testicular torsion, etc.), treatment of infectious and inflammatory conditions of the urinary tract, treatment of kidney stones, evaluation and management of bladder conditions secondary to neurologic disease such as multiple sclerosis, spina bifida, neuromyelitis optica, and spinal cord injuries.
Female Genital Aesthetics
Offering cosmetic genital reconstructive surgery, including labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, surgical vaginal rejuvenation, labial puffing, G-spot amplification, treatments to address vaginal dryness, and FDA approved therapies to address non psychogenic low female libido.
