Genital Aesthetics
Women experience a wide array of changes in their sexual function related to vaginal birth injuries that may result in “vaginal looseness”, decreased sensation during penetrative intercourse, or altered appearance of the vagina, which can make women feel less confident about their genitalia overall. Moreover, dramatic weight loss alters the external part of the female genitalia including the labia majora making them look lean and thin and sex uncomfortable for them. Some women may have an issue with the size of their labia minora (the smaller lips); they may be so large that they get entangled in undergarments and create discomfort. Other women may not like the appearance of the clitoris or may have redundant skin tissue that hinders pleasure during intercourse. Menopausal women may experience vaginal dryness making penetrative intercourse uncomfortable or even reduce their sexual desire. I offer a wide variety of cash pay aesthetic surgical and non-surgical services to address these concerns including:
• Surgical vaginal rejuvenation (vaginal tightening)
• Labial puffing (Injection of inert material to increase bulk of labia major)
• Labiaplasty (surgical modification of the appearance of the small lips of the vagina)
• Clitoral hood reduction (to improve the appearance of the clitoris, to expose the most sensitive portion of the clitoris to improve sensation during sexual intercourse
• G-spot enhancement (injection of your own plasma rich concentrate to enhance sensation during intercourse)
• Vaginal estrogen replacement (and other treatments and recommendations to improve vaginal dryness)
• FDA approved medications to address decreased female libido
